Throughout the analysis, we work closely with the works council. We discuss new findings, draw on your first-hand knowledge of the company and identify the issues that are particularly important to the works council.
We present our findings in a concise expert report. It explains the relevant financial and business context, identifies opportunities and risks, and highlights which of the company’s statements are supported by the available information and where further clarification is required.
We then present the report to the works council and discuss the findings with you. We recommend further questions to pursue and outline possible next steps. This enables the works council to use the insights gained directly in its decision-making and ongoing work.
