EWR Consulting has been providing tailor-made business consultancy services for employee committees and trade union or similar organisations over the last 30 years. Our team of consultants works both in Germany and throughout Europe. Our working method

Every consultancy project kicks off with a phase analysis to form an informed opinion of the status quo in the company in question. This analysis serves as a basis for our team to determine exactly what shape our support can take. Together with our clients, we then develop strategies, concepts and concrete measures to find an optimal solution to the problem. Upon request, we also provide support in negotiations with the employer side.
